If I'm in NE i always try to stop here. The service is always fast and attentive. They have a great cocktail menu and the portions are very good. I particularly like their vermicelli.

Food: Best place for Hu Tieu in Portland! Both the dry and soup version is delicious depending on what you're in the mood for that day. I also love the amount of greens they put into the dry version. They also don't skimp on the meat!

I always need my Asian food fix no matter where I go and this place did not disappoint. My family ordered their specialty noodle soup Phnom Penh Pork, but I could not stray away from trying their Bun Bo Hue. The soup base was simple, yet full of flavor. Service was attentive and friendly. I can't wait to be back in Portland, because this will be my first stop.

Came here for lunch and loved it. The restaurant is large and spacious, and seems to be family owned and run. The service was warm and welcoming and they were able to answer all my questions. The food was phenomenal. I got a pork broth based noodle soup with glass noodles and the broth was incredibly flavorful and came with a fresh plate of beansprouts and chrysanthemum to add to the bowl. They advertise making fresh broth every day and it sure did taste this way. I would absolutely come back and try many more of their dishes.
